Background
Kuipou William is PhD graduate in Biological Physics at the University of Yaoundé I. His work encompasses the development of theoretical concepts to decipher the intricacies associated with the transport, and distribution of active biological agents. Undertaking this kind of research has been instrumental to Mr. Kuipou to design practically simple and cost-effective strategies to contain the spread of active entities under well-defined configurations.
Research:
- Areas of interest:
-Spatio-temporal spreading behaviours of actively-driven biological entities (malaria vectors, cells, bacteria). |
-Transmission dynamics of diseases across a network graph
- Research Areas:
Kuipou William’s interests lie in gaining insights into the adaptative spreading behaviours of active biological agents. The latter are generally set out equilibrium by external factors and the purpose of Mr. Kuipou is to determine dynamical properties that can be leveraged to control those systems. To this regard, he uses a set of tools including mathematics, numerical simulations and data analysis.
