African Consortium in Modelling for Effective Vector Control (ACoMVeC)
ACoMVeC launching workshop: Research- Capacity building – generate evidences
As part of the activities of the African Consortium in Modelling for Effective Vector Control (ACoMVeC), the first workshop of the project will be held in Cameroon from 13th to 21th February 2023. It aims at launching ACoMVeC and inform stakeholders on the potential of mathematical modeling to reduce malaria burden and influence policy control.
This workshop will take place at the Centre for Research in Infectious Diseases – CRID and will focus on informing stakeholders on the importance of mathematical modelling, giving lectures to students and followed by practical sessions.
