With funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation, we have established the African Consortium in Modelling for Effective Vector Control (ACoMVeC) comprising of a number of research institutions. With objective to support malaria mathematical modelling capacity-building efforts across sub-Saharan Africa with a specific focus on vector control to help maximize its impact and reduce malaria burden. With this, the need to develop a sophisticated virtual communication platform to promote our various activities, events and impact is crucial to reach our goal.
Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, creative, and innovative Web Design Engineer who will develop and implement the full functionality of the website.
The proposed website is a website with the following features:
- Presenting the ACoMVeC project (About, objectives, aims and results…),
- The countries of implementation of the project,
- Recruitment form for scientists,
- Publication of research topics,
- Publication of research results,
- Management of user accounts and rights,
- ……
NB : We have three(3) weeks to put the website operational and this will equally consist your timeframe to render the website functional. We want it to be dynamic, progressive and responsive.
